The best of the best! Such a great lunch spot conveniently located in the concourse level of the BNY Mellon building. The staff is always so kind, friendly, and always with a smile on their faces! Food is always great and made with the freshest ingredients. Easily our offices go to place for lunch!

We loved our breakfast sandwiches and the healthy choices available combined with the reasonable prices. We didn't go to the smoothie bar across the hall, but it was quite colorful. When you go into the 1735 Market St building, you go down the escalators and to the right. We were there for brunch. Not a lot of seating, but we were there at an off time. We headed out as the lunch rush started in.

During work we always come to Cocos for lunch! everyone is so kind and the food is fresh and delicious! I love to make my own salad or get the chicken caesar wrap!! come in the winter for grilled cheese and tomato soup

This is my favorite breakfast spot! It’s a family run business and they are so sweet. Is usually get a smoothie, yogurt bowl or oatmeal. The place is very clean, which is a huge plus (esp to be located in center city and underground). I am always served with a smile and pleasantries, which helps to brighten my morning!

If you are in the area and have a taste for a Buffalo Chicken Cheese steak, Maryland Crab, Turkey and Cheese sandwich or any other item on the menu, “CoCo Grille” is the place to go!! I go there all the time for lunch. They are quick, affordable, take 5% off if you use cash, have a sit down area, and are located down stairs from the hotel. I definitely recommend!! No matter which food item you decide, you will not be disappointed!!

Coco Grille makes delicious and fresh food and has a very large menu. The salad bar is always filled with colorfully vibrant ingredients, the new chicken tenders and sandwiches are soooo good, special marinade really sets it apart. They also have catering, can create customizable items, and are super easy to work with
